pillow hairpoor cleaning
i wasn't happy with the cleaning. i found some hairs on the pillows, it was quite unpleasant. the tv had no sound initially, but the staff fixed it quickly. for the price i paid, i think they should be more careful about cleanliness.

the apartment was spacious. it had comfortable beds. i found the shower good too.
the bath cleanliness wasn't great. i saw black marks at the bottom. i didn't want to lie in it. the fire alarm went off at 4am.

I found the reception staff genuinely helpful. Their kindness touched my heart. the apartment offered generous space. It suited our group perfectly. the location provided proximity to attractions, such a treasure. i appreciated how clean and modern the design felt.
The apartment showed slight wear. Some fixtures seemed tired.
